By accessing or using the Khawain website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
Khawain provides web design, development, branding, and digital marketing services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of each project will be outlined in a separate project agreement or proposal provided to the client.
As a client, you agree to:
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the custom designs and code created specifically for their project. Khawain reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. All fees are listed in the agreed currency and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Project revision policies are specified in each project agreement. Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges at our standard rates.
Khawain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a project agreement under the terms specified in that agreement. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
