Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Timeline

Khawain delivers digital products and services including websites, designs, branding assets, and development work. Delivery timelines vary by plan and are outlined below. All timelines begin once the project is initiated and required materials (content, branding assets, etc.) have been received from the client.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may shift based on client feedback turnaround, complexity of requirements, and availability of third-party integrations.

2. Delivery Method

All deliverables are shipped digitally via the following methods:

  • Website projects: Delivered via a staging/dev link for review. Upon final approval, the site is deployed to the client's production server or hosting account.
  • Design assets: Delivered via Google Drive, Dropbox, or email as high-resolution files (PDF, PNG, SVG, AI, Figma).
  • Branding packages: Delivered as a complete brand kit via shared cloud folder.
  • Source code: Delivered via GitHub/GitLab repository access or ZIP archive.

3. Milestone Schedule

Each project follows a structured milestone approach. Below are the typical phases and their share of the overall timeline:

4. Late Delivery Policy

While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to:

  • Late submission of content or feedback from the client
  • Unforeseen technical complexities
  • Third-party service issues (API changes, hosting delays, etc.)

We will communicate proactively if any delay is anticipated. Each additional week of delay beyond the agreed timeline may qualify the client for one additional revision round free of charge as a courtesy.

5. Rush Delivery

Need it faster? We offer expedited delivery for an additional rush fee (50% of the plan value) subject to our current workload availability. Please contact us to check availability before placing your order.

  • Starter Rush: 2–4 days
  • Growth Rush: 5–10 days
  • Scale Rush: 10–20 days (subject to scope)

6. Physical Deliverables

Currently, Khawain operates as a digital service provider and does not ship physical goods. All deliverables are provided electronically.

7. Post-Delivery Support

After delivery, each plan includes a support period for bug fixes and minor adjustments:
