All design works, code, and creative assets produced by Khawain for our clients are licensed under the terms agreed upon in the respective project contracts. Ownership and usage rights are transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified.
Pre-built templates, UI components, and design resources made available by Khawain may be used for personal and commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense these resources as standalone products.
Code snippets provided in our blog posts, documentation, or open-source repositories are licensed under the MIT License unless stated otherwise. You are free to use, modify, and distribute them.
Fonts and third-party assets used in Khawain projects are subject to their respective licenses. Google Fonts (Fraunces, Inter, JetBrains Mono) are open-source and licensed under the SIL Open Font License.
The Khawain name, logo, and brand identity may not be used without prior written permission. If you wish to reference Khawain in your project or promotion, please contact us.
