At Khawain, we strive to deliver exceptional value through our digital services. We understand that circumstances change, and we offer cancellation and refund options as outlined in this policy. Please review the terms below based on the plan you have subscribed to.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project or subscription at any time by contacting us via email at khawain.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 8119888979. Refunds are determined based on the plan and the amount of work already completed.

2.1 Plan-wise Cancellation Terms

Starter Yes Full refund before work begins. 50% refund if design phase has not started.
Growth Yes Full refund before work begins. 60% refund before design approval. No refund after development starts.
Scale Yes Full refund before work begins. 75% refund before design phase. 50% refund before development. No refund after launch prep.
Custom / Enterprise Yes As per the signed project agreement.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Before Work Begins

If you cancel before any work has started on your project, you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid, minus any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment gateway.

3.2 During the Design Phase

If cancellation occurs during the design phase, the refund amount depends on your plan as outlined in the table above. The value of design work already delivered and approved will be deducted from the refund.

3.3 During Development Phase

Once development has begun, refunds are limited or not available depending on the plan. At this stage, significant resources have been allocated to your project.

3.4 After Project Completion

Once the project has been completed and delivered, no refund is available. However, we will work with you to resolve any legitimate issues as part of our post-delivery support.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable in all cases:

  • Third-party service fees (domain registration, hosting, stock assets, premium plugins, etc.)
  • Payment gateway processing fees (typically 2–3%)
  • Deposits or advance payments for custom enterprise projects once work has commenced
  • Monthly subscription retainers that have already been billed for the current month

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the transaction via Razorpay.

6. Subscription Retainers

For clients on monthly retainer plans (maintenance, SEO, content updates):

  • You may cancel your retainer at any time with a 15-day notice
  • No refund is provided for the current billing period
  • Services will continue until the end of the notice period
